ChatLink is for adults aged 18 and over. By using the service, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

Acceptable use

Do not use ChatLink for threats, harassment, fraud, spam, illegal activity, non-consensual sexual content, impersonation, or attempts to obtain passwords, financial details or private information from other members.

Profiles and photos

You are responsible for the text and images you upload. Do not upload content you do not have the right to use, and do not upload nudity, graphic violence or illegal material.

Messages and random chat

Conversations are user-generated. ChatLink does not guarantee that another member is honest or safe. Do not send money to strangers or move a conversation to another platform when doing so would put you at risk.

Moderation

ChatLink may restrict, suspend or remove accounts or content when there is evidence of rule violations, abuse, security problems or legal requirements.

Availability

The service may change, pause or experience outages. No promise of a particular number of online members or matches is made.

Account security

You are responsible for keeping your password private and for activity performed through your account.
